Do you guys have Sandell/Nighthawk avionics you use in your birds? If so, how's it working for you? Helpful, useless? Looking for any feedback?.  If not, disregard.. Thanks

If it's the same unit, it's feeding the Helisas and that's all.

 

As far as Taws.....not equipped as far as I know.  The Gx 407's might have some terrain crap turned on down in the Garmin config.

Yes we have Sandal HTAWS on our 135s, 145s and AS350s. These losers have no clue.

Worth their weight or just book ends in the panel? Supposedly it's one of the few TAWS that doesn't whine every tine one is within miles of an obstacle. They hold up well. Appreciate the info..
