That you get 1 hour of holiday pay, paid out at 1.5x, for every 1 hour you work on a holiday, up to 8 hours. So if you work at least 8 hours on a holiday, you get 8 hours of OT, or 12 hours of straight pay. If the hours you "work" are travel, you will still get an equivalent amount of holiday hours. Does that clear it up? |
