If you're stuck in helicopters like I am, AMC is not a bad place to be and I've been around. |

though their culture still needs maturation. Corporate lean on their field people far more heavily than realistically doable given the flight and medical workload spikes that can create unacceptable interference and disruption to safe behavior profiles. In short corporate need to support field workers, not the other way round!
Difficult? Not field worker problem. Corporate - do your job, figure it out. |

has been unacceptably been interfered with because their culture needs maturation. time for an aidmor for unsafe behavior profile interference as the company has been leaning on me and I don't like being leaned on as we all know how unsafe excessive leaning on is. |

Been doing this about as long as anyone. This profession is a volunteer sport. Those who struggle tend to not be very good at what we do. I'm here probably because I'm a little on the lazy side. Sitting in a chair all day getting paid to occasionally fly is probably the best job there is. I made $160K last year and flew about 12 hours a month.
No bills, no kids, a net worth a little over $1M and I'm happy. My only regret is letting to much time to by and not doing more fun stuff on my off time.
Flying for a living sure beats milking cows. That's where I started. |
