that when the Air Med needed to get some heavy maint. done on one of their Astars and 407s last year, their OWN maint shop in Lafayette was waaaaaaay higher on $$$$ bid to do the work....They ended up flying it to Lafayette and having it done at a completely different company at the airport there...hahaha....kinda stupid...the OG is done supporting the Air Med side...thats the impression I got when I heard that...

5 weeks of that was just trying to get the USB port to work that I.T. shut down so you could use the laptops.

heavy maint tool boy...so yeah if they have a Astar/407 and EC there will be a inspection that everyting needs to be torn down and stripped down and inspected...appparently our O/G maint shop in lafayette doesn't want to do it. so they bid it tooo high....

The hangar costs are so high that even Oil & Gas has cut back on what work is done there. Changed all the heavy inspections on the 92's to zone inspections just so they won't have to use the part 145.
