Huh? Do the job you signed up for... ie. Capturing patient flights without question, so long as you don't crash or bend something. Must appease the medical types at all times. Keep acft downtime to an absolute minimum, meaning do not write up discrepancies without first consulting MX, who will minimize your concern and tell you why you're wrong. Donate several minutes of your time daily by showing up early to preflight, but don't sign in until you're done. Etc, etc..... HEMS standard issue |

Crews and Pilots are pretty good to work with. Hospital program so a bit of politics, but not to crazy. HR is horrible, maintenance at the base level is pretty good, but the regional maintenance manager thinks that you can just MEL everything forever. Flight Safety for training. Local check airman for NC is AWESOME. DO and CP came from Metro. Benefits suck and no matching 4O1k. Good Luck
