To get fog prediction you have to use the filter top left, precipitation tab. Fog shows up as yellow. Really the only ddifference between the HEMS tool and the GFA that I've noticed is that is doesnt show all the airports TAF predicted weather change (MVFR, IFR etc). |

I didn't like it at first. It is not very intuitive but I fooled around with the features and figured out how to set it up the way I like it where it has the most features of the old program. Just open all the tabs and layers and settings and see what you like. Yes it is a pain, but once you dial it in it works pretty good. |

as HEMSTool. I wish the selected METAR/PIREP box would pop up within the currently set view instead of shifting to accommodate the "always above" pop up position. Other than that, more options make it an improvement. |
