A pilot submitted an AIDMOR because he was so upset from doing his expense report, he considered himself unsafe to fly. His biggest problem? Attaching receipts.

yeah, nothing like putting a target on your back...and honestly he deserves to have it on his back for doing that...he probably spent more time filling that out complaining than actually it would have on his receipts...

amc encourages employees to report unsafe, or potentially unsafe, situations, which of course is good. but is it really possible to become so upset with doing an expense report that it creates a situation where you shouldn't fly? I don't know but if it does, find a new career. 

Dude flew 130 patients last year and logged 175 hours. 2190 work hours a year - 175 flying- 180 pre-flight - 180 briefing the med crew - 25 link training - 216 hours in Denver - 1 hour filling out the Aidmor (Now that's a crappy program) = 1414 hours to fill out the two expense reports... Sure, Concur bites, but there are bigger problems in our world.

everybody knows you have HUNDREDS of hours of sitting around at work to do this. you can even do it on your off time and charge over time. you can call concur and they can walk you through ANY problem in a couple of minutes. but why do that when you can submit an aidmor and tell the entire company what a child you are.

an aidmor is definitely the place to bring up computer issues as a problem with uploading a receipt could have serious ramifications.

Here you are making a big deal that someone reported something using the reporting system he had.   Obvioiusly, the person felt there could be an improvement to the administrative task and he reported it.  See something, say something.

And what he did could have easily been addressed by moving it to the proper department for evaluation and assessment.

You are complaning that he was "complaining", and here you are making a bigger deal about it on a public forum.  His reporting was a simple matter.   Your reporting of it is a hyperbole event which could/should result in disipline action!
