Honey of course doesn't have any “added sugar” so why would a honey label have to have “added sugar”? Well it turns out that in FDA 'speak' added sugar means sugar added to our diet in excess of what's nutritionally appropriate. Strangely the FDA does not use “added sugar” to mean sugar added to food

Honey is sugar, and you should limit your intake, but it is healthy sugar as opposed to the processed stuff in most foods. Honey has been used as an antibiotic for centuries. Local honey helps with allergies, and with asthma. There are many more benefits of honey over processed sugars. Just google it.

beat their wings vigorously to keep the hive temp quite warm.  Not sure what else they beat.
