Nice program with good setup but pay is really low. As a single guy you can't afford to buy a home in the area unless you are willing to work all they OT they got. They fly alot, and plenty of IFR. Pay needs to increase by 35% minimum. |

Probably the most expensive area on the east coast. Driving is a nightmare too. Pilots there should start at 125+ and top out at 175+. |

They need to get rid of middle managment and clean house in the C-level. Overextended capital and not making money. |
