Did for a while and then left. The pilot stuff was good. My pay stayed jacked up. They seemed to fire people at the drop of a hat. Saw several executives let go and some med crews. Not a horrible operation but much room for improvement. |

They do not value loyalty or Seniority. Will lie about pay raises, and even hire new pilots at higher salaries than other long time pilots. Benefits suck and no matching 401K. Never had an issue with weather turn downs, but the Floats make 10 to 20K less than the Hospital Program Pilots, even though you will be filling in at those bases. Lots of turnover in the last 12 months. |

Lead pilots who they own thru secret favors. Lead pilot will then make the case against you. Lead pilot is best friends from way back with the DO. |
