So, some newer guy just put out an 'ALL PILOTS' email stating he started at $47 per hour. Most senior guys are in the low $40's per hour. Management is upset. Newer guy gets ordered to clarify his email to apease the troops. Expect mass exodus if management is not forthcoming.

How about the "4%" raise coming next pay check that is really a 2.8% annual raise? COO writes a full paragraph trying to justify the voodoo math that since raise is coming in March bs July that folks will actually see more real dollars this calendar year. It doesn't matter as far as the time of year the raise is given, it's still only 2.8%; just be transparenand not try playing math games. We pilots are indeed dumb but not that dumb.

Certainly some odd math but I get it, instead of waiting 12 months to see the usual annual 3% raise you are getting it after only 8 months.  Or think about it the way she said it you are getting it earlier so you end up with the same amount of money at the end of the year.  Thats all fine and good but the real question is come around to March 2025 and everyone is all on the same page and its been 12 months are we back to our usual 3% or is the plan to give us 4% annual going forward. I know AMC is now a 4% annual.

Fort Wayne? I doubt that very much. There are only three operators there and they don't pay anyway near that in helicopters.
