If you didn't already come from a field base in the GOM,

or already have experience working on EMS from another outfit....

Then you'll be lost on what to do and how to fix anything.

Whoever is hiring mechs to work on remote based EMS birds better know these mechs need

at least 5 years working the flight line in the GOM before putting them alone at a EMS base.

light power supplies (multiple).  Before calling me

asking what the hell is going on....and I'm like you

have the power wire for the pulse light box on the same

side of the landing light as the ground wire bro.  Next time

Label your wires.  So you don't fk them up again.

but if there is enough SMS cheese layers, you can use noob mechs its ok right?

If they don't raise the pay they won't get the the appropriate level/experience of mechanics needed. Plain and simple!!! Also to keep experience from moving to other programs, you have to pay the ones that have stuck through it for the last 10+ years!!!! You know who you are!!!
