A helicopter with the Utah National Guard crashed during a training exercise in West Jordan on Feb. 12, 2024. No deaths were reported, and two pilots were treated by medical personnel. (Photo: Rheo Velarde, KUTV)

Last week, Talkettna airport, Alaska. Dynamic rollover as the aircraft was repositioning from refuel. Nothing to see here.....

not simple helicopters and ground resonance comes on so fast it is very very unlikely any helicopter pilot is going to do the right thing to correct the situation before catastrophe.  Doesn't matter who you are or training background.

It's been two years since the Utah Guard crashed one.  Good job, they should get a safety award !
