What can a co-pilot expect as starting pay in the 107/234. What is the schedule, USA versus overseas and does a co-pilot gig lead to captain if a guy does a good job.

That's the problem.

Being in a club.

Could you image how much more profitable that company would be if the CLUB got out of the way.

There are great pilots that don't a look because of bologna like this.

just keep telling yourself the reason you don't get a call back is because of some imaginary club. it's ok though because you're making all that ot and stipend money.

Because this is a helicopter pilot forum. A place to come to get info so one is informed before they try and negotiate a salary. I know it does not make sense to you because you probably just take what is offered.

This use to be a good place to come for info. I guess not anymore. If JH management really cared they would update helicopter salaries.com. If it is not going to be updated why not let it go so some one else can put it to use?

It'll be a seat to captain if you're born a woman and blog about it on linkedin or instagram. It's all about the social media stuff now.

Do you have 47 type? Do you have extensive VRLL Time? Passport? International experience? carded? If so, maybe a captain in training seat, if not.....

then probably not.
