Nobody got 4%. AMC pays significantly with stipends. Most people count that as part of their salary, but the raises are only calculated on base rate. 4% guaranteed was Union spread baloney. It averaged between 2.75% and 3.25%, with about the highest being just shy of 3.5%, depending on what stipends you received. |

everybody got 4%. don't count a stipend as part of your salary because it isn't part of you salary. most pilots don't even get a stipend |

Business took really big hits over multiple income sources and bases just become untenable. There's a price to being in profitable business and low balling one's acceptable compensation decisions is not one of them. They pay, or move on. Life! |
