How sad is it that you think AMC starting pay is respectable? There is much better EMS pay out there if you look beyond the big 3 but that requires a little more work to get hired instead of the you're alive with a cert and we need seat meat. EMS has become the joke of the industry. |

but it often requires more experience and also moving since those programs will probably not be in your backyard. if they were, you would already be working there. it's not that complicated. |

I remember a GOM operator that gave across the board raises and shortly after his phone starting ringing off the hook from other company bosses giving him a hard time over it and because they were forced to follow his lead. And this was during a time when everyone was making money, even the small operators. |
