Phi step raises are less than 1% a year

GMR (AEL, MTC, etc.) = 2-3%

Metro = 3-4%

PHI = 1-3%

AMC = 4%

one of these things is not like the other

Old timer--not to worry.  You got that cost of living adjustment back in 2014 and then another one in 2022. Hang in there till about 2030ish maybe see another one.   That 1% will really help out till then.

The prez took in 3 mil plus 7 million in stock. Even Motzkin managed to pull down a mil. If I still worked at that dump, I'd be upset.

What a joke for a salary to run PHI, granted PHI is a bottom feeder now. literally FO's at legacys getting more in salary year 4 than the midget in Phoenix was.

He gets $400 grand a year plus up to a $400 grand a year bonus through 2025. In 2022, he got a bonus of $390k. In 2023, he got a bonus of $217k.

In 2022, he also got a $400k signing bonus, making his compensation in 2022 a cool $1,175,000.

they gave the president they fired a 200k bonus plus another half a mil in "other compensation". They sure are lining their pockets while they throw crumbs to everyone else. I guess they don't have to worry about company performance for their bonuses like you do for the extra few bucks they might throw in your 401. Know wonder the place is so screwed up!
