January 28 and 29th the beginning of the pay period for the federal government direct orders all the way down from Joe Biden return to work limited teleworking.   A lot of FAA people complaining and bitching about it.   

Maybe now some work I'll start getting done.  It took almost 120 days for me just to get my CFI renewal done with them and scheduled.  I know I could've renewed it other ways but this one's free.  

I feel so sorry for those FAA employees now they have to go to the office and actually work , poor guys.  

Watch how many put in for retirement now that they're required to go back to the office. Many have become quite fond of sitting in a lounge chair all day long. Talking on the phone while wearing a tracksuit. That's not work. It's a disaster.

scheduling a ride with the FAA has never ever been quick. that's why it's almost all done by DPEs and what the hell does a check ride have to do with working from home. 

lol how is it free. you can spend 79 online and be done or rent a helicopter for $400 an hour and wait months and hope the weather works. I'm sure this all happened too

is if you failed the "free" check ride when you could have just spent 80 bucks and been done with it. holy crap are instructors really this dumb now lol

You clearly do not have a good working relationship with your POI--mine took less thaan 20 minutes.

 Try to even get someone to return a call from the medical side. My ME can't even get an answer.
