I have done many ferry flights. In the summer I've found it challenging to stay hyrdrated enough to stay awake and alert on the 12-14 hour days because if I drink too much I'll go to the bathroom every hour.
Basically I take an empty gatorade bottle (wide mouth...you love it). Does anyone else do this? Disclaimer...i only do this with aircraft that have force trim. |

doing the North Atlantic, if just for the exercise. Check the legalities and requirements via Canada, then get in to the flight planning, time of year differences, navigation realities, etc. Then compare it to going to South American and across to Africa.
Oh, you'll definitely be needing a P-tube, hopefully nothing more. |

I used to do that but I found the mouth of the Gatorade bottle was too small....had to us a quart jar !! |
