I just hope we don't get another software change; pi square or surfergel...or some other great software to streamline and adapt to the other non-compatible software... that takes years to get the bugs out only to change for something better. Oh, I really like writing a short paragraph as a password to get into my account and then authenticate via the new portable usb-like thingy.

Worked for AMC for years. They never did learn how to operate a computer network.  But a new system and put it in service to see if it works. Stupid. Run them in parallel to see how it works. 
train folks after new system is online. That works great. Remember when concur came online.  Hey support how do I enter this expense?  We don't know yet just try a couple of ways. Let us know what worked.

on the password thing. I know it's soooooooo difficult. ask PHI about what happens when you get a nice dose of ransomware or malware. they would barely admit what happened but EVERYTHING was down for a week and it tooks months to get things even somewhat back to normal.
