Is it all the same in "eurocopters"? There are british and french flight instructors at my flight school who say that clockwise turning helicopters are superior to Bell Helicopters becuase they do not get into Settling With Power as easily as Bells. Is there any truth to this?

The instructors who told you that were either joking or should not be instructors. Rotor rotational direction has no bearing on VRS. |

Funny because I remember the pilot ferrying Life Lion's original AS360 to KHC & he "settled W/pwr" on the way from Grand Parrie to West Chester. |

Pilots started it up on west ramp & ripped up stops off,all four. Good thing no one was outside1 came through the outter layer of insulated hangar door. |
