If you could work Corp in the NE flying S76, AW139, AW109 - would you commute?

What if housing was provided?  What if your commute was paid for?  14/14 dual pilot.

Seems to me to be better than the GOM.

If 14/14, housing provided and salary is ok why not?

Yes it's a great situation for us. You get to pay the state where the job is located and you get to pay for all those "benefits" like free housing and transportation. Be sure you add that extra income to your 1040.....

Never taxed on any imputed income from housing or crew cars.

Definitely better.  Depends what company you work for.  Did 23 years Corporate in NYC area.  Have 2k in the 109 and don't recommend it for corporate in NE Corridor, just not enough available for the flexible missions.

3300 in S76, 2 pilot, pretty much did everything within flight requests received.  AW139?  Never flew it but seems a fine aircraft.  Suspect Corporate acceptance is good.

Commuting?  Did it for total 11 years.  Tough on families, don't recommend it.  Your choice.
