Check your check stubs. If you did workover last pay period, ya didn't get paid for it. AMC email says missing payments will be deposited into accounts Dec 11th. AMC is so poorly run they didn't even notice. |

No. Payroll closed Monday. Payroll was unaware of the issue until pilots alerted them after getting check stubs today. |

And so it begins. If you think this will be the only "hiccup" while the company goes through bankruptcy restructuring, think again. When's the last time the company mishandled workover payments across the board? I'm betting there will be a lot more of these pay issues to come. It could get interesting. |

Sorry to rain on your parade Chicken Little, but the mistake was due to them changing how workover is paid to match the new CBA, and they fixed it immediately. It's not some great conspiracy to screw the pilots over. The direct deposits to correct it are already going through. |

Na. The mistake is understaffing/missmanaging the payroll department. This issue, rolling out changes without testing or communicating, no effective ovesite or controls to catch small or glaringly large inconsistenties, unable to communicate with payroll personel, closing support tickets prior to issues being fully resolved, all point to the same thing: unsupported workforce in payroll. I don't think it's a plot, just poor 'cost savings' choices. |

"Thereafter, all Pilots on the Company’s payroll as of August 1, 2023 received an additional increase in Base Hourly Rate of pay of 3.25%.Within forty-five (45) days after the ratification date (“Adjustment Date”), the Company shall increase the Base Pay of each Pilot employed on the ratification date." The ratification date was Nov 10. So the raise will be retroactive back to Nov. 10.
