GMR just announced higher 401k matching for 2024 with no vesting period for new hires, which means you can take 100% of matches if you leave in the short term.

and you make 100k and leave after two years, it will be like four grand more than if at AMC. if you stay three, it's less money as amc matches 70% instead of 50% and fully vests after three years. I can see why you're so excited

It is 100% for first 3% of pay employee puts in. Then it is a 50% match for the next 2% the employee puts in. In all, if you put in 5% of your pay, GMR will put in 4% of your pay.

 

So if you make $100,000/yr, put in 3% that's $3,000, GMR also puts in $3,000. Then you decide to put another 2% or $2,000, GMR will put $1,000.

Thats $4,000/yr total in that case. Plus your contribution in this example for a total of $9,000.

at barely 3% and if you make COMPANY Financial goal they MIGHT match the other amount....But yeah we offer a $50k STIPEND for new hires only....worst comapny in the industry on how they take care of employees....Oh yeah how is that PVT.....LOL

One more percent and no additional match. So if phi makes its goal every 3 years Your equal to the 4%. But if your so worried about it the federal limit is 22500 being moved up to 23000 2024. If you put that in there you will have more then another to retire

I left and came back within 5 years and the 401 kicked in where I left off. I was fully vested in a couple months and it gave me a $25K boost.
