If the issue is trying to get all of maintenance to join the union why not the states that want to unionize just make a local union like Starbucks did and just leave the rest out of it |

Not enough mechanics is most states. Company would just go behind and hire new mechanics. Some states only have 2. The most is around 30-40. |
