Physical cards should have been receive. Please sign and return as soon as possible. The extra cards should go to the guys who didn't get their info out or who weren't aware of the Union push. A significant amount of new numbers and emails have been submitted in the last week and those new individuals should be receiving cards in the mail. Keep spreading the word and talk to every PHI AM mechanic out there and get them the info to join the discussion. We have to stick together if we want positive change in PHI AM and the industry as a whole. Stop accepting the status quo and work for change now! #Togetherwewin

Going back years ago to a StakeHolder call it was pointed out we have shlitz for brains that got hired on & they're part of the problem, so how about fixing that. The reply was about difficulties in dismissing people.

a union cannot save your job if you've been fired for just cause and usually can't even if you haven't. it's a common myth

You really drank the Kool-Aid! Yes, the company can fire you but with a Union and a CBA there is a process that they have to follow, not just make a decision and your gone.
