we don't have all the mechanics emails. I'm with the Machinists Union. svanderjack@iamaw.org yes we are running a campaign on your group but with a 50% turnover rate, it's hard to track you all. |

Please if any body knows any mechanics in AZ/NM/TX please let them know we need their help!!!! Please contact Shawn with the Union to help get this off the ground. All of East Coast/Great Lakes/and Midwest regions are signed up. We need AZ/NM/CA/TX to stop being scared and abused and join us in being the first in the Industry to unionize, only then can we fix the problems we all have to deal with. |

this is the most mechanics we've ever had be for the Union. This has a great chance of succeeding, we just need the TX/AZ Mechanics to jump on. It sounds like their local management is keeping them in the dark!!! |

Thanks for your input. Keep the topic alive. Lots of info requested from a lot of regions. You're 100% correct zero votes have been casted. Let's make a change. Let's set a standard for higher pay in the industry, better benefits, and a place at the table to negotiate. Why should the pilots be the only ones in this industry to have a say on how things go??? |

Problem is we can't use the company email and all the phone numbers are jacked up in the company. Please tell every mechanic you know to get the word out. Need more in AZ and Texas.
