Guys could be voting yes because the TA made it look like it was part of the contract. I knew it wasn't because it was explained on the forum. Only guys that went to the forum knew we were getting it no matter what you voted. The mass emails made it look like a yes vote was the only way we were going to get it. it's 1% of your pay, not your raise. $90,000 = Dues $900 a year or $75 a month $93,600 is your pay with a 4% raise. Dues $936 a year or $78 a month. Your dues go up $36 a year with a 4% raise. |

You all keep saying "industry leading raises" but I'm not sure you onow what that means. When I went from AMC to Metro my pay went up 16% plus another 15k a year in stipends. I get 4% every year and 2.0 for an OT shift. All companies have their issues but life has been much better at Metro. |
