Depends on the company. Right now they need you more thn you need them. So talk to all and use the best offer to get the job you want.

I agree with Old Guy. 

Also don't be afraid to tell the job you'd prefer that you have an offer for "X" from a different opeator.  Don't say who exactly, but don't lie about it either.  It's a small world and folks at the different places all know and talk to each other.  (I still get calls and emails asking about pilots I might know and I retired 3 years ago.)

Tell the folks where you want to work that you'll take the job if they are willing to match the better offer.  You do run the risk of them saying "see you later," but maybe not.

Expectations, Location, Quality of Life.  Expectations: to encompass salary, work hours, flying hours. Location: Family friendly, affordable housing, cost of living. Quality of Life: Job satisfaction. Flying Type and Time, Self importance (rewarding service HAA, FF, Tours, Coworkers/management, People, Atmosphere, Culture, Compensations),... Some of these may not be able to be determined until after hiring.  You may be looking for a job that enables you to accrue more than 600 hours in a year.  Some may barely break out at 200.  That would put you three years behind in your expectations for next step.  If you're a 5000+ type pilot, you may not necessarily be looking for 60-100 hours a month.
