So yeah senior Guy does make more. No hire just gets a one time sign on bonus. That doesn't reflect going forward, but GMR will offer you more pay raises a year

I make more than a lot of them and I'm a relatively new hire. To be fair though I have more than 20 years experience and have been to almost every factory school to include mediums and heavies. That's just one point you need to consider. The other point is which company in GMR are you referring to?

You don't get it do you?  There are a lot of GOMers entering the ems industry. Let's be honest here. The GOM produces a lot of experienced guys. Not saying there aren't plugs though. In order to attract talent the pay must be commensurate with experience.
