That's true. The leasing co. pays $50 per diem and $100 retention bonus each day on duty. That's not bad for sure. Purple pays $50 per diem only but our base is higher plus our 6% 401k matching is the highest in the sector. Yellow & black will never climb out from their poor 3% 401k contri. |

I know of a couple that have came on board within the last month. And the few that left Bristow for RLC....they've said the grass isn't greener |

That was before they turned purple. What's more interesting is why mechanics are willing to take $15-20k/year pay cuts to work for a different operator. |

Union dues/the union was gone shortly after the buyout from red. Still your math doesn't work. A 90k yearly employee only paid $1350 annually in dues. it the work environment that makes people leave |
