You saying "MY CFI". Shows why you don't know the difference. Go on a Checkride with a real company under part 135 and when they ask you what dynamic rollover is and you can't explain it well good luck on getting the job BRO

How about the force of a hand tipping a chair over? Some force has to exist to tip an object over

You'd probably have to tip most helicopters especially on low skids pretty dang far for them to rollover statically. However with dynamic rollover it's only 5 to 8 degrees of tilt before the lift takes care of the rest.

Dynamic: Blades moving. Horizontal component of rotor thrust vector pulling airframe about the piviot point.

Static: Blades not moving. Falling of of a trailer or rolling, pitching deck.

the idea by knowing what causes it, how to avoid and how to remedy it, the examiner couldn't care less about static, dynamic, etc. it's just a check ride, not a physics test

Perhaps if they have had a long year and don't care about someone passing on inferior knowledge.  But knowing the difference between static and dynamic rollover is like knowing which type of fuel to insert into tank.  I mean gas is gas.

the need to understand a simple concept shows that it's probably too hard for you to understand. Move to CA and work for McDonalds.

By definition they are different as they are unrecoverable at 2 different pivot angles.
