probably too many guys showing up red eyed and reeking in the morning, the customers complained and Suggs put a stop to it. It was pretty well enforced. PHI has a million rules and they never get rid of any, just add more.

I agree it is ridiculous but probably enforced when idiots showed up work still drunk and customers made the calls to get rid of them. We all paid the price for the few that didnt know or couldnt quit after midnight. Blame them not the company or customer that forced it on everybody.

24 hours before going on duty so that included training where you wouldn't necessarily be flying. I never saw or heard of anybody getting in trouble for it. No, I don't think you would automatically be fired either. You obviously never worked there.

There for 15yrs.  And yea knew pilots that got fired on the OG side and AMG side.  Where a company shirt while drinking and you were fired. Happened to a offshore guy at a bar. Someone took his pic and submitted it to HR. Boom fired.  someone on the AMG side had pics of people at "BBQ" and other events shrinking posted on social media the day before they went in on their off hitch. so yeah BOOT I have seen it all.  try working outside your little bubble or area you work at and you'd know as well.  Glad I moved on from that Nazzzzzzi regime. Read the Drug-Alcohlol policy for the company. And the corporate policy and you'll see where it says that bro.

I remember years ago... mid-90's I think hearing of a "Patterson" apartment complex where they found "several" empty bottles and cans after the false ceiling collapsed and exposed all the "evidence."... I was working at the "other guys" place... "blue-dog"... anyoine else?

They do but I wouldn't imagine any follows it except ems mechanics bc they are on call everyone else can do whatever they want. Some employees make It pretty public while others I'm sure do whatever they want. But if you did get caught by the wrong person you would sure be fired
