It stands for whiners not happy helicoptering. Will all of you twa---ts just go try already? Word has it about 50% from helicopters don't ever make the grade in airlines. But please go ahead and try. People that like helicoptering don't really do it to become rich. We do it partly as, just-a-damn-job but often because it's a job like no other. You give that crappy schedule, endless hotels, lazy flight attendants, horrible passengers, all while baby sitting a flight director at 34,000 feet 7.99 hours a day all you've got. From time to time people come here and recruit for the airlines through RTAG. Others ridicule it. When a post meets the ridicule in kind, you, after sifting through a sea of senseless digital graffiti, get upset about that. In a world where you are paid not on your value, but how much your replacement costs, you should be happy RTAG exists. RTAG not only helps the people who leave, it helps the the people who stay. It helps them by thinning potential replacements. |

What it really is another government program to help more government people. The Airlines are using G.I bills, some weird thing about working for the government your last 6 months in to help develop skillz to move into the civilian world.
But no help for the civilian helicopter pilot. |
