All you children sign up for flying jobs to help your ego along and pursue your dream but get caught up in the weeds of benefits and pay and who's flying job is better etc. Come to the manager dark side and get rich. yeah OK....we have seen the cutting room floor with you....your the 1st ones to get fired and BOW down to uppermanagement. who are you kidding...plus have to answer the phone EVERY single time it rings no matter where you are,.....believe me we line pilots get paid more than you....and enjoy our 7 days off....you can't say that...hahaha.... |

maybe True but based on recent increases in the industry for those that prefer helicopter ops, but the incentive to grow and maintain Pilot population. it's a long term play for bean counters. I don't think many will jump ship over $15k In the short term, but it may influence the long term commitment and morale of many that may not be willing to do more than bare minimum, which if you ask most Pilots, they have already settled in to just collecting pay check |
