$4.3 BILLION dollar debt due 2025?!?! Makes AMC $1.4 billion dollar debt look like childs play 🤣 Industry is gonna look really different in 5 years when they all sell off and reorganize. |

AMR Ground ain't no local ambulance company, they are nation wide. Probably have more employees and assets than all the HEMS companies put together that GMR controls. |

For sale like AMC is, you're a complete fool. They are owned by KKR, just like AMC is owned by American Securites. They are both investment companies and both sell companies after 5-10 years. Trust me, GMR will be for sale.
and really? AMR ground? That sinking ship. They are the premier sh*thole ambo company in the nation. Literally losing contracts left and right. Just in AZ alone, Queen Creek, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler all in the last few years have, or are ditching AMR ground because they suck so much. |

As long as I get a paycheck. I don't care who buys GMR if that happens. GMR is owned by KKR investments so I doubt they will go anywhere. Look at their portfoli. Pretty impressive. |

Nice DEFLECTION PHI guy. GMR has too many assets and what are you basing your info on??? Some BOND issue you know nothing about or what your past president (fired) president said. Yawn. AMC with all the outstanding lawsuits they have pending on OT pay in Calif/AZ/NM and crashes. And PHI can't keep bases open which scares its customers. I say next program to Drop PHI is the East texas program and the ones in Missouri |

I would recommend a book called "The Creature Of Jekyll Island". It will explain to you how this stuff works. (our financial system is a big scam on the American people) It's in the companies and banks best interest to stay in debt.
4.3b gets refinanced or the company files bankruptcy. The bank "claims" they'll have to close the doors. The Federal Reserve (not a government entity) could print new money (doesn't need permission) to bial them out but instead goes to the government and says "take a loan from us to bail this bank out" and then the government passes that debt on to the American people while the 4 families (who really rule the world) just keep collecting our earnings. |
