Just the same as the Union is good for AMC and not the pilots. Pay Stagnation while useless union accomplishes zero and ELT laughs about you behind your back and doesn't respect you to your face |

And never received anything. Nor do I care. 2 companies that I worked for that had it was a joke. It actually crossed more of a friction between management and employees. At least with Med Trans OCC more open ended conversation about having to go through a stupid union steward that really has no power anyways. |
