When I hired on in 2011 match was 6% if yu put in at least 3%. After the bankruptcy our 401k match was reduced to 3%, with the remaining 3% held hostage to performance parameters. I now just look at it as a 3% match 401k.

3-6% 401k????  Ouch.  We get 16% at the legacies, soon to be 18% with the new contract.

 

you can choose to continue to fly RW, cause it's cool and stuff, or you can make a change and retire a multi-millionaire.  Never been a better time.

$30 a day?    They have had that for 20yrs and every Conf. call on the AMG side was "we are looking into changing it"......never raised it in the 15yrs I was there....what a joke....then management would Nickle/Dime your expense voucher saying "techincally you got home 1hr before lunch" and not pay you

Different guy here and I can attest.

 

 

I've had expense vouchers edited behind my back even.  Ricky would go down there to PAYROLL after they would call him asking if I get mileage to a base I worked at, working OVER, doing the company a FAVOR, COVERING for another guy in training or what not...

All subject to interpretation when it comes to that kinda stuff.  He's reasoning for rejecting mileage?  I was assigned to that base for the month.....WHAT?  No bro, I been ASSIGNED, the the mother fking HANGAR for the last 10 Fking YEARS!!.  What you mean now I'm assigned to a field base, only to return to the HANGAR in another week???  No mileage.

$60 per diems are the highest around now

Their 20% raise is well earned and puts them on a par with blue

But the 401k contri is pathetic, and their health is expensive

With all the bonuses RLC is throwing around, it's a good time to be down in the Gulf for sure

You can bet your *SS that julander and cronies got pleanty of raise while mechanics got max 38 cent an hour raise. Not even enought to cover bidenomics cost of living. Im sure they gave the moron VP of maintenance a raise for those ESD bracelets. And lord help that DOM!!!!
