jobs....they are offered POOL slots till something opens of their choosing or what is available....They don't have to be Jobless if they don't want to...many do the Pool slot gig as well because it is a guarenteed job....LOL... |

actually no one pilot was offered a job the others a thank you for your service note. The sad part is... yes the crews lost their jobs.. and the company image is tarnished from the customer view point... they may not have produced a lot of numbers which could have led to the departure... but the one week notice goes all the way accross the board... |
