Med Trans are pretty good and probably have the highest pay. They leave you alone if you act like a professional and do your job. Just be sure to bring you're own boots and helmet. They don't provide boots and the helmets are stinky hand-me-downs.

here when starting pay was $52-55K?  Curious what you would consider "a good starting pay level".

and PHI is the lowest paid....MTC is offering starting pay at $92k-$96k starting with a $15,000 sign on paid right after your checkride and then with the GEO Mod is like $115-120k depending on your area....The starting pay for MTC without the GEO is MORE than you would get at PHI with 15yrs experience...hahaha....go back into you hole..

PHI still can't fill theire line of pilots and med crews with a $50,000 stipend (paid over 3yrs..)

contributions and just got a 3% raise (better than nothing), and we don't hold your 401k hostage like some companies do making you work harder to make company goal to get the other half back....Ummmm PHI which the employees didn't get a raise and they didn't get their 401k match

With the No surprises act, the safe place to be is a traditional (hospital based) program. Some has gone the route of their own 135, some are vended. The system can run as a loss leader due to the patient referal revenue.

PHI didn't even get the matching 401k of 3% they hold over their heads till the end of the year. They only match up to 3% till fu notice And I believe they only got a 1% pay raise and their pay is still crap so stop putting them in the category and Air Methods got nothing this year as well for a raise.

PHI starting pay is $76k    AMC stating pay is $78k (due to union) and MTC starting is $92k-$95k.  Why do I know this because I worked for all three.

They start pilots at step 6 now, so if you were already employed with them for years, you got screwed. No retention, nothing on the horizon, same old same.

All theee companies. You still seem pretty stupid hahahahahaha. AMC is on contract negotiations. So yes, no raise, YET. The raise will come, and so will the back pay like it always has. So calm down dummy. Go pack to job hopping

AM pay is $82k-$92k base pay. Experience bonuses additional up to $20k per year. GeoMod up to 160% and AM doesnt false advertise salaries by including the geomod that always disappears every few years or months depending on what base. Sign on bonuses up to $50k. 3.25% and they got a 14-22% raise in August. Much better than GMR even with 401k, OT and training pay, and benefits. Best of all it's not GMR!

everybody that was employed there AT THAT TIME got a boost to 86. if hired afterward, you do not automatically get 86.
