All GMR companies went to a new, common pay matrix a couple of years back. There is no "scale."
Lowest you will start with bare minimums and zero EMS experience is something like $86K. This is with no geo mod or other stipends.
Like the pay, everybody accrues the same PTO at GMR. 0-5 years you get 13 days off per year (6.14 hours per pay period accrued.) |

Yes, they did away with a published scale as part of the salary "market adjustment" process. |
