Middle of the road and falling behind. But they have decent benefits!

Without experience they will offer approx  $80K, with experience you can get over $100k. You will have to be willing to walk away and they will call you back if you turn down a lowball offer.

100 is unrealistic.  Also, the only experience they consider is HAA experience.  The rest will be ignored.  Even with HAA time, don't expect more than 85-90.

But nobody is offering a high enough pay raise to help buy a house if moving because of interest rates. Would apply for DHART but I know they won't give me a 40k raise that would be needed to move there.

After some haggling and me saying I will have to think about it they offered me $96K. $101K if I didn't take their insurance. Luckily a couple of months later there was a company wide pay raise that got me above $101K with the insurance. That was a couple of years ago and no real increase since. I had 2 years of HAA time in a single but applied for the twin job.

9 year flying twins/IFR, 6 SPIFR, got nothing from the "market adjustment" because I was told most wasn't HAA.  Still haven't reached your starting salary.  Metro sucks.

Why would I waste my time asking them to pay a base salary of 147k. Im not an idiot. But that is what it would take to get me to move to NH

They will give you what you accept. Play hardball. They need you more than you them. Walk from the interview and they will call with a higher.
