The one in Ohio appears to be N482TJ, an L-4 owned by a company in Wyoming called Sky Aviation.  Only one person on board, seriously injured.  From the FAA page:

 

"AIRCRAFT CRASHED UNDER UNKNOWN CIRCUMSTANCES IN A WOODED AREA, CALDWELL, OH."
