I was looking at a job with PHI Medical and came upon two items that gave me pause. It seems there maybe a conflict between these two?

1. Destination Zero - Zero is the only acceptable outcome.  What does this refer to?

2. Drive & Energy - The ability to maintain a fast pace and continue to produce during during exhausting circumstances.       So run to the aircraft, skip through the checklist, and never say no even when you are on the brink of passing out on you 7th flight for the day? ( a little tongue-in-c h e e k here).

Honestly, who writes these jobs ads?

I spelled c h e e k this way above because JH does not allow that word, why?

1. Try not to have an accident. 2. Don't call crew rest after 1 flight. We can't all be "Defenders of Tomorrow!"

 We hope by asking for 'high energy' people we'll end up with people 5% less lazy then most of our current stock.

I've had crews call out after 2-3 and no one has said a single word about it. Maybe it's different out here in the West.

I'm not sure how you come up with this,  I work for PHI and crew rest is encouraged and management actually stands behind that.   I have worked in multiple states and crew rest has never been questione,  even if it's for the pilot.
