Anything above 98.6 degrees is a hazard to flight. My personal cut off is 110 degrees. I turn down calls if the flight even has a leg home in anything above 110

In flight you can climb to cooler temperatures.

 Waiting 2 hrs for your crew at some god forsaken piece of asphalt in a black nomex flight suit is what will kill ya!
