what does the RFMsay?

The rescue chopper at Phoenix Fire Department also follows the same guidelines, and it's pilot will not fly when the temperature reaches 116 degrees.

I seem to recall the B407 RFM had a limit of 51 degrees C, but it's been a minute or two so I could be wrong

Performance charts are not a limitation.

if i rember right the 500 is 56c IAT limit.
one of our pilots flew one in palm springs in the high 120s on powerline work.

55 or 56 IAT is hotter than most general work environments in the world. Usually starters have lower limits than anything else in the aircraft (and some starters don't have specific temp limits). Doesn't mean you won't burn up a starter but at least there's no OEM listed temp limit. DA is DA, though, so be careful if you're heavy even if a chart says you're fine. Get out there and fly!

I would think your unions would have had a upper heat temperature requirement for flying. Pu---es!
