The pilot might actually be in the upper part of the seniority list, but still be a JUNIOR at his base or in his aircraft! I can be a senior FO, who didn't bid on an upgrade so I'm at the senior side of my bid list, just to avoid being a junior on another list.
Seniority allows you to bid, it doesn't determine if you are senior or junior!
And, now you have a better understanding of things you actually know little about! |
