Helicopter Air Ambulance starts around 100k and can make 125k with training obligations, holiday pay, and some overtime. Maybe you can find a location close to home so you can be near your family. |

It depends on your quals. Do you have an ATP? How about multi-engine time? ATP and A139 time will open a lot of doors domestically and overseas that pay pretty well. Without those, you're looking at a hard road to travel. Overseas gigs come with additional bonus of the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (and maybe the Foreign Housing Allowance), whichs helps you retain more of that pay. Good luck! |
