seems as though many people are stating that they will leave AMC in November if there is no agreement as their retention bonus' will be paid out by then. I am curious as to how many of you will actuallly make a move should they not actually revise the CBA. if you are reading this thread, lets see a written show of hands of those pilots that actually plan to leave, or have seriously researched another company. I know there is a lot of saber rattling and am just curious as to whether any of you truly willing to uproot in order to show your displeasure?

The 15k in Nov wasn't worth waiting it out. Found much better situation in just leaving. So far much more happy and checks are bigger.

do what they say....they might balk and complain and say they are leaving but they won't...why?  because they get to go home everynight and nothing close by them offers that...so they deal with that and the company knows it.

i get guys from other companies that complain and ask about my company and how it is to work for them?  I tell the money is good, great atmosphere, benefits etc.....BUT they will have to commute a little to get their foot in the door if they wanted closer to home....They say no and deal with the crapppppy working environment etc and say, "well i get to go home everynight".....Well STFU then and stop complaining unless you want to do something about it....IF NOT then your company knows 100% you will keep eating the ZHHHIT they feed you with wages etc

Working without a contract, due to our useless union.

But keep paying those union dues!
