The sent out a new solicitation on Friday that is now due the 10th. Only a dozen or so aircraft met the matoc requirements so they pushed the baskets and cameras until next year. Just when you think it can't get worse.... |

Just sent out another notice that they will be sending out another pricing workbook at a date TBD which will push the submission date back even later than the 10th...go figure. |

Its a complete gong show this year. My prediction is this fire season even though it's late is gonna be a big one. Most places in the west got record moisture. It always dries out and there's plenty of grass and brush. Hopefully the type three contracts get pushed back all season and everything is CWN. Give them a little taste of their own medicin. If it does get busy it's gonna cost them a bunch of money with type one and three CWN. |
